After several years of anticipation, Ti West‘s trilogy comes to an end with a film full of intrigue, chaos and of course, a lot of terror. Mia Goth returns to lead the plot, this time in the role of Maxine Minx.
The story of “MaXXXine” is set in 1980s Hollywood and follows the adult film star and aspiring actress who finally gets her big break. However, a mysterious killer stalks her, threatening to reveal her ominous past.
The horror drama was produced by A24 and had the highest budget of the three films, spending $5 million. This amount also included the salaries of the main actors, which are believed to have been quite high.
