After more than 20 seasons, American Idol continues to captivate the audience with its segments and talents. Now, it’s not only time for the 2024 edition to kick off, but many are already eagerly anticipating when the dreaded Hollywood Week will begin.

Season 22, featuring Katy Perry (who has already confirmed that this will be her last participation), Lionel Richie and Luke Bryan as judges once again, will start with auditions in various cities, where contestants aim to impress a panel of celebrities with their unique vocal skills and vibrant personalities.

After the initial stage, the selected participants move on to HW, which is an intense series of challenges and performances that further filter the contestants. This is where everything becomes more chaotic, and the artists must give their all to avoid being left halfway.
