While Season 25 of The Voice is coming to an end, with the big finale set for May 21, the show has already announced the new line up of coaches for next season: Snoop Dogg and Michael Bublé will join returning coaches Reba McEntire and Gwen Stefani.
The news was dropped during a presentation for advertisers by NBCUniversal in New York on Monday (May 13). Snoop Dogg stepped onto the stage at Radio City Music Hall to announce he was joining the show, setting the stage for Michael Bublé’s entrance. Bublé even gave rapping a shot briefly before diving into a performance of “You’re Nobody ’til Somebody Loves You.”

This upcoming season will be McEntire‘s third in a row on the show, and Stefani is returning for her eighth. The new judges will take over from John Legend, Chance the Rapper, and the duo Dan + Shay, who are currently coaches.
Season 26 adds two new legends to The Voice’s history
Michael Bublé’s first appearance on the show was during Season 3, when he was a battle advisor for Team Blake. Meanwhile, Snoop Dogg also served as an advisor for all coaches during Season 20.
The rapper is known for being one of the hip-hop pioneers in the ’90s, introducing a laid-back flow and West Coast style that would redefine the genre thanks to iconic albums like “Doggystyle” and “Doggfather.”
Meanwhile, Bublé is well-known for his traditional pop sound. The crooner has won multiple awards, including five Grammys. The Canadian star made his debut in 2003, with his self-titled album and since then he has sold over 75 million records worldwide.

The 26th season of “The Voice” hasn’t got a start date yet, but it’s planned to come back on NBC this autumn, and then air the next day on Peacock. Tonight at 8 p.m. ET/PT, the live shows for season 25 continue with a two-hour semi-final. The top nine artists will each perform a song dedicated to their hometowns, all competing for a spot in the finale.
