What will ‘Noir’ be about?
The new series will not portray the traditional version of the character, nor will it feature Peter Parker. Instead, it will focus entirely on the alternative and mature superhero version.
Noir fights crime in 1930s New York and each episode will bring a compelling story filled with drama, adventure in the best Spider-Man style and great fight scenes.
When will ‘Noir’ be released?
The Marvel universe continues to expand, and soon we will have a live-action series about Spider-Man Noir. Amazon has not yet confirmed when the title will arrive in the Prime Video catalog, as it is still in development.
It appears that before it arrives on Prime Video, the title would premiere on MGM+ exclusively in the United States. Therefore, only subscribers to the platform will be able to access the content.
Vernon Sanders, head of television at Amazon MGM Studios, provided the news in a recent statement and assured, “Expanding the Marvel universe with Noir is a unique and special opportunity, and we are honored to bring this series to our global Prime Video customers”.
