Netflix's six-part docuseries 'Sprint' became No. 7 worldwide in four days

Netflix has released a new six-part documentary series called "Sprint", which follows the journey of top athletes in their careers. Check out its new position in the Top 10 globally and more here.

Sprint” is the new documentary-style series directed by Phil Turner (The Bridge) that not only arrives on Netflix to captivate users but also immerses each of them into the competitive world of Olympic sprinters.

Sha’Carri Richardson, Noah Lyles and Shericka Jackson are some of the protagonists of this six-part production, which has quickly risen to the Top 7 globally within just four days of its release.

After several drama-filled TV shows like Drive to Survive, it’s now the turn of this docu-series, which covers every millisecond of the athletes’ journey, considered some of the fastest in the world.

Sprint ranked Top 7 on Netflix worldwide

Spint” made its grand debut on Netflix on July 2nd and has since been accumulating thousands of views, establishing itself as one of the most-watched series of the moment and claiming the Top 7 spot globally.

Flix Patrol and other metrics-focused media outlets reported this morning that the documentary has become one of the strongest trends of the month, surpassing other popular productions like “Miss Night and Day”.

The episodes of the first season, totaling six, cover every millisecond of the Sha’Carri Richardson, Noah Lyles and Shericka Jackson‘s journey from the 2023 World Championships to the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.

The project itself follows competitors from around the world as they train to become the fastest person on the planet, providing a privileged perspective on what’s at stake and the mental strength of the sprinters.
