The Accident reaches No. 4 series on Netflix worldwide

Netflix has renewed its catalog and, alongside the new additions, updated its global Top 10. This morning, Flix Patrol reported that “The Accident” has become the fourth most-watched series worldwide, just one day after its premiere.

Leonardo Padrón‘s creation focuses on the complex emotional and social dynamics that emerge following the central accident of the plot, offering a deep look at human relationships in extreme situations.

The story itself revolves around a tragic event that occurs during a birthday party in a wealthy and close-knit community, whose aftermath destroys families, friendships and hearts.

The 10 episodes of the first season explore how a devastating event can fracture an seemingly perfect community, revealing hidden secrets and tensions. It has not yet been confirmed whether it has been renewed for a second season.
