After nearly five years, True Detective is returning to the small screen with its fourth season, this time set in Alaska and starring Oscar-winning actress Jodie Foster and up-and-comer Kali Reis. While it hasn’t premiered yet, the first reviews are promising.

After creator and showrunner Nic Pizzolatto left HBO for FX, the series is now being written and directed by Issa Lopez, who is also showrunner. If you don’t want to miss an incredible crime thriller, here is all you need to know about when and how to watch True Detective: Night Country.
