'Percy Jackson' Season 2 Cast: Who are the new actors joining the series?

Walker Scobell will be back as Percy alongside Leah Sava Jeffries as Annabeth and Aryan Simhadri as Grover for the second season of ‘Percy Jackson and The Olympians’. However, there are new characters that will be introduced. Here’s all the new cast members.

Season 2 begins with Percy Jackson returning to Camp Half-Blood a year after his last adventure, only to find everything has changed. His friendship with Annabeth is evolving, he learns he has a Cyclops half-brother named Tyson, Grover the satyr has gone missing, and the camp is under attack by Kronos’s forces.

To set things right, Percy embarks on a dangerous journey that takes him into the Sea of Monsters. Along the way, he faces new threats and uncovers hidden secrets about his own destiny. This season of the series will explore deeper into the world of the series and raise the stakes for Percy as he confronts these challenges.

New characters for Season 2 of Percy Jackson

Sandra Bernhard, Kristen Schaal, Margaret Cho, who will play the Grey Sisters

The Grey sisters are three ancient, supernatural sisters who share one eye and one tooth among them. Their names are Deino, Enyo, and Pemphredo. They are based on figures from Greek mythology, where they are portrayed as serving as guardians of certain knowledge.

Daniel Diemer, who will play Tyson

Diemer will play Tyson, a Cyclops and the half-brother of Percy Jackson, sharing the same father, Poseidon. Despite being a Cyclops, Tyson is gentle, kind-hearted, and very loyal to Percy.

Timothy Simons plays Tantalus

According to the report from Variety, the character is described as “sardonic, manipulative, openly hostile, and rarely in a good mood… seeing as he is cursed with eternal hunger and thirst, but can never eat or drink. Tantalus has been released from imprisonment in the Underworld to become the interim Activities Director at Camp Half-Blood, having replaced Chiron (Glynn Turman) who is under suspicion of having ties to Kronos.”
