According to People, Paul Rudd is once again addressing one of Hollywood’s most persistent questions: how he seems to avoid aging altogether. The topic came up during a recent appearance on Jake Shane’s podcast, where the conversation quickly turned toward the actor’s famously youthful appearance and the speculation that often surrounds it.

Paul Rudd Shuts Down Rumors About Cosmetic Procedures

The exchange unfolded casually on the May 27 episode of Therapuss, with Shane jokingly trying to uncover Rudd’s supposed secret. After asking whether the actor follows a vegan lifestyle and getting a quick “no” in response, the host shifted to the question that has followed Rudd for years: “So then why don’t you age?”

Rather than lean into the joke, the “Ant-Man” star pushed back on the idea entirely. “I do [age],” Rudd said during the interview. “You’re kind for saying that, but I really do.”

The conversation then moved to cosmetic procedures, with Shane directly asking whether Botox played any role in Rudd’s youthful look. The actor immediately dismissed the idea. “No. Look at my face,” he replied while raising his eyebrows to make the point.

At 57, Rudd remains one of the most talked about examples of celebrity agelessness, a reputation that has followed him since the 1990s thanks to films like “Clueless” and, more recently, his role in the Marvel franchise. Despite years of memes and online theories, the actor has consistently avoided turning the conversation into a larger lifestyle narrative, instead responding with the same understated humor that has become part of his public persona.
