A Night of Surprises at the Emmys: Who Were the Major Winners?

The 77th Primetime Emmy Awards, held on Sunday night, were a celebration of television's best.

The drama categories saw Apple TV+’s workplace satire Severance and the hospital thriller The Pitt earn top honors. On the comedy side, the highly acclaimed series The Studio broke a record for the most wins by a comedy in a single season. The limited series category was dominated by the Netflix drama Adolescence, which earned a record-breaking number of awards for a limited series in its debut season.

The ceremony was defined by a new wave of talent, including a historic win for a 15-year-old actor (Owen Cooper for Adolescence).

Carolina is a bilingual entertainment and sports writer fluent in English and Spanish. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales (UCES) in Buenos Aires and has a solid background in media and public affairs.
