The #1 Reality Show is Back with its 26th Season! “Big Brother” will return once again to grace the small screens of the United States in another installment that solidifies its position as the longest-running adaptation in the franchise.

It will be available on its usual streaming services and platforms and will feature an Artificial Intelligence theme! Executive producers Allison Grodner and Rich Meehan stated that “This summer’s ‘BB AI’ theme promises to bring the fun, the comedy, and the unexpected gameplay that is a hallmark of ‘Big Brother.’”

Once again, participants will be recorded 24 hours a day by, according to CBS, 94 HD cameras and 113 microphones, voting themselves out week after week to battle for the $750,000 prize. Here, find all you need to know about the start date of the show, the episode schedule, and key dates.

Big Brother 2024 Schedule

CBS has announced that this year’s “Big Brother” will kick off with a special two-night premiere, followed by regular episodes on Sundays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, featuring the beloved live evictions.

The premieres will be on Wednesday, July 17, and Thursday, July 18, with both episodes and all future ones airing from 9-10 p.m. ET/PT. They will be broadcast live on CBS and available to stream live and on demand on Paramount+.

Note the change: Episodes will now air at 9 p.m. ET/PT on all three days, rather than the previous 8 p.m. ET/PT time slot on Wednesdays and Sundays.

Upcoming Big Brother 2024 Episodes: What are the key dates?

While we will have to wait for the show to air to find out, if Season 26 follows the same two-night premiere format as Season 17, it’s quite possible that half the participants will enter on July 17, and the other half on July 18. On both days, there will be the usual Head of Household competition, resulting in two winners from each group.

This would lead to Sunday, July 21, being the Nominations Ceremony by both HOH winners. It’s quite probable that there will be a twist, similar to Steve Moses’ season, where the Battle of the Block competition occurred. In this challenge, nominated pairs compete to remove themselves from the block, potentially dethroning one HOH.

On Wednesday, July 24, there would be the Power of Veto (POV) competition and Veto Ceremony, where the POV winner can save a nominee, and the corresponding HOH must name a replacement nominee.

CBS Summer Schedule: ‘Tulsa King’ premiere and Summer highlights

In addition to “Big Brother,” CBS has an exciting lineup of productions for the summer, including the highly anticipated “Tulsa King” and the return of “Let’s Make a Deal Primetime.”

The first season of “Tulsa King,” featuring Sylvester Stallone, will premiere July 14th at 7:00 PM on CBS Lake Charles. Season two will follow in September, exclusively on Paramount+.

“Let’s Make a Deal Primetime” kicks off its fourth season on August 7th, with Wayne Brady hosting the show where contestants in extravagant costumes are offered incredible deals.
