As she celebrates her 57th birthday, however, the answer is a simple one. According to People, Lopez recently addressed the ongoing dating rumors herself, confirming that she is not currently in a relationship.
Jennifer Lopez Says She Is Not Dating Anyone
Speculation resurfaced ahead of the release of “Office Romance,” when Lopez appeared on the Today show alongside her co-star Brett Goldstein. During the interview, co-host Savannah Guthrie asked whether the chemistry audiences had noticed between the two actors reflected a real-life romance.
Lopez laughed off the rumors, explaining that public speculation follows nearly every professional collaboration. “There’s never a time when I’m seen with somebody or working with somebody where they don’t try to put me with the person.” When Guthrie continued pressing the question, Lopez pointed to other recent rumors involving different celebrities before making her relationship status unmistakable. “Not dating.”
Goldstein quickly backed up his co-star’s answer with a brief, “Correct,” ending the exchange on a lighthearted note. The appearance came just weeks after a source told People that while Lopez and Goldstein share a naturally playful dynamic, the actress is content focusing on herself rather than looking for a new relationship.
For now, Lopez appears to be prioritizing work, family, and the next chapter of her career. The actress, singer, and producer finalized her divorce from Ben Affleck in early 2025 after the couple reunited, married in 2022, and later separated. Before Affleck, Lopez was married to Ojani Noa, Cris Judd, and Marc Anthony, with whom she shares twins Max and Emme. Despite one of Hollywood’s most talked-about romantic histories, she has made it clear that, at least for now, she is happily single.
