The countdown to Season 25 of The Voice has finally concluded, and we are just hours away from the premiere, which will bring back the iconic singing competition that has been on the air for over 10 years.

John Legend, Reba McEntire and Chance the Rapper will join the debut duo in the coaching chairs, Dan + Shay. Each of them will have to assemble their team of artists, which will consist of a total of 12 individuals.

The first phase is the blind auditions, where contestants must be selected by some of these stars, or they will go home empty-handed without the opportunity to win the grand prize money.

Debuting judges Dan Smyers and Shay Mooney made history for the show, becoming the first duo to occupy the red chair in the American version. To make this happen, the team had to build a double chair, weighing around 400 kilograms and containing more than 2,500 LED light modules.

In an interview with NBC Insider, Mooney confessed their feelings about being incorporated into the cast of the 2024 edition and said, “It really is a great pleasure and reminds us how blessed we are to be in this position, to even have the opportunity to do this show. It’s a lot of fun to be able to learn. We’re genuine fans of each of these wonderful people, [and] just to be part of this family is really special“.
