After several months of waiting, Dancing with the Stars is back with its Season 33, and this morning, it has been confirmed which star has been the first chosen to join the cast. Check out the details.

The 2024 edition of Dancing with the Stars continues the legacy of the reality show with the tradition of pairing celebrities with professional dancers to compete in a series of dance challenges.

In Season 33, which will premiere in mid-September, the judges score the performances and the scores are combined with public votes to determine which couple advances and which is eliminated.

Who is the first confirmed figure for DWTS Season 33?

The first confirmed celebrity for the Season 33 cast of Dancing with the Stars is none other than the 25-year-old Olympic sensation Stephen Nedoroscik, also known as “the pommel horse guy”.

The American gymnast, who competed in the Paris Olympics and won a couple of bronze medals, appeared on Good Morning America and explained that this was part of an effort to stay calm before the competition.

Additionally, he joked that this would be the strategy he would use in the dance competition and that viewers might see it in his performances. It is still unknown which professional dancer he has been paired with.
