<p><strong>Bryan Cranston</strong> and<strong> Bryce Dallas Howard </strong>play two of the most significant characters in the <strong>Argylle</strong> plot, bringing to life Director Ritter and Elly Conway. In January, they gave an interview with Screen Rant and spoke about how they carried out the drama.</p>



<p>The stars, known for Jurassic World and Breaking Bad, discussed what it was like to work with the director, who often pushes his actors out of their comfort zones when it comes to certain scenes. There, they confessed:</p>



<p><em>“What Jason Fuchs, our writer and producer, quoted is exactly right. The nature of the ambition of this film just pushed everyone out of their comfort zone, and that’s exciting. And it’s especially exciting when you feel you can do it safely. That’s what the job is about: maybe going too far, maybe embarrassing yourself, maybe there’s some intrigue at certain points”</em>, Bryce Dallas Howard said.</p>

In the presentation of the first trailer, the star verified the reports that the actor had mortgaged real estate in order to collect <strong>$100 million</strong> to shoot the first two <strong><a href="https://spoiler.bolavip.com/en/category/films">films</a></strong> in the franchise.</p>



<h2>What is ‘Horizon: An American Saga’ about?</h2>



<p>The films will explore four years of the <strong>Civil War, from 1861 to 1865</strong>, following different characters (it reportedly has 150 speaking roles) as they navigate the conflict. According to Costner himself, and as we can see in the first trailer, the story will follow the known formula of <strong>“man-comes-to-town” </strong>but he will go deeper.</p>

<p>Critic <strong>Rebecca Nicholson</strong> wrote for <strong><em>The Guardian</em></strong> that the series adapts the 1975 novel <em>“with ambition and evident respect for its source material,” and that “The result is peacocking, mesmerising television.”</em> She gave the series four out of five stars.</p>

<h2>Is Shogun based on a real story?</h2>



<p>Clavell’s novel is a fictionalized version of real historical events. The main character, Blackthorne, is inspired by the real-life English navigator<strong> William Adams</strong>. Adams, when he was in Japan, became a samurai under Tokugawa Ieyasu, whom the character <strong>Lord Toranaga</strong>, played by <strong>Hiroyuki Sanada</strong>, is based on.</p>

<h2>Dune: A star-studded sci-fi epic</h2>



<p>Villeneuve’s first film, which was co-written with <strong>Jon Spaihts </strong>and <strong>Eric Roth</strong>, it’s the first of the two-part adaptation of the 1965 novel of the same name by <strong>Frank Herbert.</strong> It isn’t the first adaptation of the novel, which was first brought to the screen by David Lynch’s 1984 film and John Harrison’s 2000 television miniseries.</p>

<p>However, Villneueve’s vision was critically acclaimed, something that Lynch’s work didn’t achieve. Apart from Chalamet and Zendaya, the first movie also stars <strong>Rebecca Ferguson</strong>, Oscar Isaac, Josh Brolin, Stellan Skarsgård, Dave Bautista, Stephen McKinley Henderson, Chang Chen, Sharon Duncan-Brewster, Charlotte Rampling, Jason Momoa and Javier Bardem.</p>



<p>Dune is set in the far distant future, and follows Paul Atreides (Chalamet) as his family, the noble House Atreides, as they get involved in a war for the deadly and i<strong>nhospitable desert planet Arrakis.</strong> The film won six awards at the<strong> 94th Academy Awards </strong>and was nominated in four other categories, including Best Picture.</p>

<p>While it still hasn’t arrived in theaters in the US yet, the reviews are in and “Dune: Part Two” has a<strong> 97% approval score on Rotten Tomatoes</strong> with 153 critics’ reviews. The consensus reads: <em>“Visually thrilling and narratively epic, Dune: Part Two continues Denis Villeneuve’s adaptation of the beloved sci-fi series in spectacular form.”</em></p>

One of them was the decision to start the story showing the Fire Nation wiping out the Air Nomads in the civil war. <p>When asked by Variety if the show planned to introduce new characters <strong>in the future</strong>, Kim said that<em> “one of our missions was to fill out the world a little bit as we went along and create some new characters, or tweak the characters that already exist.”</em></p>
