Netflix’s biggest show of the year is the miniseries “Baby Reindeer,” which is still the number 1 series on the platform both globally and in the US. However, there’s a new historical drama that could dethrone the thriller: the Italian, “Brigands: The Quest for Gold.”
According to the specialized website FlixPatrol, “Brigands” is the second most watched TV show on the platform globally with only a day on the service. The story is set in the mid-1800s just after the Risorgimento of Italy, and it’s a blend of drama and action that has certainly captivated viewers.
