After 24 years since the release of the first installment, Gladiator is back with its unexpected sequel, bringing back some actors to the big screen and the iconic director Ridley Scott (Prometheus, Napoleon and Alien).
Scripted by David Scarpa, the story will follow the now adult Lucius, son of Lucilla. Although not much is known about the official plot, the film will feature the character played by Paul Mescal (Aftersun) as the protagonist.
