The 83rd Annual Golden Globe Awards announced their nominations today, December 8, 2025, confirming major frontrunners, celebrating a diverse field of international cinema, and delivering a handful of shocking snubs.

The biggest winner of the morning was Paul Thomas Anderson’s political thriller, One Battle After Another, which dominated the film categories with nine nominations. Hot on its heels were the Norwegian drama Sentimental Value with eight nominations and Ryan Coogler’s vampire blockbuster, Sinners, with seven.
