After several years of garnering millions of readers, “Pídeme lo que quieras” (Tell Me What You Want) is coming to the big screen with its highly anticipated cinematic adaptation, starring Gabriela Andrada and Mario Ermito.
The story follows Eric Zimmerman, who, after the death of his father, travels to Spain to oversee his company’s branches. In Madrid, he falls in love with Judith and embarks on an erotic relationship filled with exploration.
The filming took place between April and May 2024 in various locations across Madrid and Jerez. The cast includes well-known actors from Spanish cinema and television, such as Paco Tous, David Solans, Celia Freijeiro and Alba Ribas.
When will Tell Me What You Want be released in theaters?
The adaptation of “Pídeme lo que quieras” will hit Spanish theaters on November 29, 2024, with expectations of later releases in other countries such as the United States and Latin America. However, no dates have been confirmed for these regions yet.
In addition to being a Warner Bros. España production, the film is supported by the streaming platform Max and RTVE, which plan to release it for streaming around 90 days after its cinematic debut.
Lucía Alemany will direct this romantic erotic drama, with the screenplay written by the novel’s author, Megan Maxwell herself. This ensures that the film will be a faithful representation of the literary success, maintaining the intense and complex dynamics between the characters.
