<h2>What will ‘The Fall Guy’ movie be about?</h2>



<p>In the film, <strong>Gosling plays Seavers</strong>, an action choreographer who, after suffering an incident, quicked the business. However, he will find himself working again for his ex-girlfriend <strong>Jody Moreno (Emily Blunt),</strong> now in her directorial debut.</p>



<p>However, things don’t go as planned as the star of the movie, <strong>Tom Ryder (Aaron Taylor-Johnson),</strong> disappears and he is instructed by the producer of the film to find him. Winston Duke, Stephanie Hsu, Teresa Palmer and Hannah Waddingham complete the cast.</p>

<p>David Leitch, who helmed <strong>Brad Pitt’s “The Bullet Train” </strong>and co-directed the first <strong>“John Wick,” </strong>is also directing the project, which has been described as a love letter to stunt men. Speaking to <strong><em>Deadline</em></strong>, Leitch praised Gosling for being <strong>“the ultimate version of himself as an actor,” </strong>not only showcasing his comedic abilities, as well as his dramatic side.</p>



<p><em>“He gets to go everywhere and have so much fun with it, <strong>but then brings drama and stakes,”</strong></em> the director explained. So far, the film has received positive reviews from critics, who have praised its action sequences, as well as the chemistry between Gosling and Blunt.</p>

<p>One of the most-anticipated releases of the year, “The Fall Guy” is inspired by the <strong>1980s TV <a href="https://spoiler.bolavip.com/en/topic/series">series</a> of the same name</strong>. It follows Gosling as stuntman Colt Seavers (Gosling) as he works on a film directed by his ex-girlfriend, Jody Moreno (Emily Blunt). However, things don’t go as planned as the star of the movie disappears.</p>



<h2>‘The Fall Guy’ plays with all Gosling’s strengths</h2>



<p>The first trailer for the film was released four months ago by Universal, and it has accumulated <strong>20 million views</strong>. The teaser showed Gosling as Seavers, a past-his-prime action choreographer who must find the missing star of the film Tom Ryder, played by <strong>Aaron Taylor-Johnson</strong>, to save the movie.</p>

<p>At the 2024 Oscars, <strong><em>Deadline</em></strong> asked Leitch how it was working with Ryan and he said that the actor was ready to give his all to the role. <em>“He was like ‘you know, I’ve been working as a <strong>romantic lead, as a comedic lead, and got to do an action movie </strong>(The Gray Man), I really want to do a movie that has all of it.’ And that’s what we did with ‘The Fall Guy,’”</em> he said.</p>



<p><em>“You really get to see him be this sort of ultimate version of himself as an actor. He gets to go everywhere and have so much fun with it, but then brings drama and stakes,”</em> the director added. In truth, the film plays with all the strengths of the actor, who has shined in comedies such as<strong> “Crazy, Stupid, Love,” “The Nice Guys,” </strong>and, of course,<strong> “Barbie.”</strong></p>
