<a href="https://spoiler.bolavip.com/en/topic/the-bear">The Bear</a> continues to be considered of the best series in recent years. Created by Chris Storer, The FX <a href="https://spoiler.bolavip.com/en/topic/drama">drama</a>–<a href="https://spoiler.bolavip.com/en/topic/comedy">comedy</a>, available to stream on Hulu, stars <a href="https://spoiler.bolavip.com/en/topic/jeremy-allen-white">Jeremy Allen White</a> as Carmy, a high-end New York chef who came back to his home in Chicago to manage his dead brother’s sandwich restaurant.



Season 2 mostly focused on the restaurant’s renovation, as well as expanding some of the life of the characters outside of work. Of course, <a href="https://spoiler.bolavip.com/en/topic/ayo-edebiri">Ayo Edebiri</a> as Sydney, Carmy’s sous-chef, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach, as Richard “Cousin” Jerimovich, also returned with great storylines of their own.



After Carmy’s love life “interfered” (as he interprets it, anyway) with his work and the restaurant is finally open again, there are many possibilities for Season 3 to go to. And there have been recent updates for fans of the <a href="https://spoiler.bolavip.com/en/topic/series">series</a>, so here’s all you need to know.



<h2>Is there a release date yet for Season 3 The Bear?</h2>



Yes, The Bear will come back on June 27, when all the episodes of Season 3 drop on the platform. This will be the second time, after Season 2, that all the episodes will be available to stream at the same time. It was announced by Jeremy Allen White on his Instagram page, where he share a teaser of the upcoming installment.

Season 3 started filming in late February, and it has been reported that T<a href="https://spoiler.bolavip.com/en/hulu/the-bear-has-been-secretly-renewed-for-season-4-with-season-3-still-on-production">he Bear was already renewed for Season 4,</a> which was being shot back-to-back. There’s also a possibility of another season.

<h2>Season 3 of The Bear plot: What fans can expect?</h2>



Carmy’s love life was one of the major storylines of Season 2, which, spoilers ahead, ended with him trapped in the refrigerator. Stress got the best of him, and he started talking with Tina (Colón-Zayas) about how his relationship with Claire (Molly Gordon) distracted him. Sadly, Claire listened and she left the restaurant in tears. And Allen White has opinions about what should happen next.



“As Jeremy, a reader of scripts and watcher of [the] show, I think she deserves an apology at the very least,” he told Deadline. “So I hope there’s some version of that when I read scripts again.” Back in June 2023, he also told Variety that he “assume he’ll (Carmy) be operating from this sort of loss.”

In December, he told the outlet that “For the second season, so much of it was about putting the restaurant together, so there wasn’t that much cooking. But now, in the third season, I think we’re going to go back to that functioning kitchen atmosphere that we had in the first.”



<h2>Season 3: Could Sydney and Carmy be in a relationship?</h2>



According to the actors, that isn’t part of the plan. Both White and Edebiri had said that they didn’t discuss that possibility. Meanwhile, Storer told Variety that they wanted to “make something that was about friendship and a partnership.”



However, fans aren’t convinced about it, especially after a scene in which Sydney and Carmy talk to each other under a table. White told Variety in June 2023 that “it’s such a beautiful scene. It is a scene about partnership, but not a romantic partner.”

Meanwhile, Edebiri told The Hollywood Reporter in August 2023 that fans theories of a romance are “frustrating” because “It’s really not our thought process when we’re making the show, and I understand it can be part of a show’s culture — but I don’t think they’re going to get what they want. I think it’s incredibly cool to have this dynamic onscreen that isn’t romantic, but that feels charged.”

Ayo Edebiri is one of the most interesting young talents in Hollywood thanks to an incredible 2023 in which she appeared in several <a href="https://spoiler.bolavip.com/en/category/films">films</a> and <a href="https://spoiler.bolavip.com/en/category/series">series.</a> Of course, she is most known for her role as Sydney in “The Bear,” for which she just won a Golden Globe award, but one of her best works was the teen comedy “Bottoms,” which you can watch on Prime Video.



The film is Emma Seligman’s sophomore feature. Seligman co-wrote the script with collaborator Rachel Sennott, who also stars alongside Edebiri. It follows two queer teens who create a self-defense club to flirt with popular cheerleaders.



While bombing at the box office, the film received critical acclaim for its humor and performances. It was also well received due to its ability to feel contemporary yet evoking a nostalgia from early 2000s teen movies.



<h2>Bottoms was one of Edebiri’s acclaimed performances of 2023</h2>



“Bottoms” was one of Edeberi’s most acclaimed performances of the past year, however, the film suffered from the lack of promotion due to the SAG-AFTRA and WGA strike. It also stars Ruby Cruz, Havana Rose Liu, Kaia Gerber, Nicholas Galitzine, Miles Fowler, Dagmara Domińczyk, and Marshawn Lynch.



Aaprt from “Bottoms,” she voiced roles in Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem, as well as having a supporting role in the musical comedy “Theater Camp” (which is available to watch on Hulu).

Speaking to Refinery29, Edebiri said that she wants to play “complicated” and “flawed” characters. She also said she was “excited for the things that I have coming up that will continue to push the boundaries of that. I’m always open to a challenge.”



Edebiri will star next in “Opus,” an upcoming American horror film written and directed by Mark Anthony Green, in his directorial debut. It will also star Emmy-winner John Malkovich, who will also appear in the upcoming <a href="https://spoiler.bolavip.com/en/apple-tv-plus/the-new-look-release-date-cast-and-plot-for-apple-tvs-new-period-drama-20240104-SPEN-735.html">Apple TV+ series “The New Look.”</a>
