A Man in Full is the new legal drama that has arrived on Netflix‘s catalog to sweep away all previous hits and claim the second spot on the American Top 10, achieving this within just one day of release on the platform.

The series not only has the potential to dethrone Baby Reindeer at any moment but is likely to do so within hours, given the number of views it has accumulated and reports from Flix Patrol.

The production is created by David E. Kelley (Big Little Lies and The Practice) and is based on the novel written by Tom Wolfe. Regina King and Thomas Schlamme were chosen to direct the episodes.

The limited drama follows a real estate tycoon from Atlanta as he faces sudden bankruptcy and tries to defend his empire from those seeking to capitalize on his downfall.

Jeff Daniels stars in the first season, which consists of a total of six episodes. The actor known for the comedy Dumb and Dumber was accompanied by big stars like Diane Lane and Lucy Liu (Kill Bill: Vol. 1 and Chicago).

Each episode explores ethical dilemmas and conflicts among powerful characters within the business world. Despite being an adaptation, the TV show takes some creative liberties with the original material.
