After his breakout role in the critically adored Call Me by Your Name (2017), he became the youngest nominee for the Best Actor Oscar in nearly 80 years. During a conversation with Believe the Awards, Timothee Chalamet revealed his favorite films. He declared that his all time top choice is Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight (2008). “That’s always going to be my favorite,” he asserted.

However, if he had to choose the best film he’s seen this year, he said that Heat (1995) -which ironically inspired The Dark Knight– is his favorite. He recognized he “arrived” late, but can now assure it is a classic.
