Nobody Wants This Premiered 1 Year Ago! Season 2 Will Be Released Next Month
The series, which premiered on Netflix on September 26, 2024, quickly defied its own title, becoming a hit that captivated audiences and critics alike.
Nobody Wants This introduced us to Joanne (Kristen Bell), a self-aware podcaster who, against all odds, finds herself in a relationship with Noah (Adam Brody), a charismatic but morally questionable Rabbi. Their journey is complicated by various characters who attempt to derail the unlikely romance and end the relationship.
From the challenges of blending their wildly different worlds to the chaos that ensues from their love, the show offered a refreshingly honest take on modern romance. Its success was a testament to the fact that audiences were craving a smart, well-written rom-com.
Season 2 Premieres on October 23rd on Netflix
The highly anticipated second season of Nobody Wants This is set to premiere on Netflix on October 23, 2025.
The couple will be navigating their relationship and adapting to their new normal. Religion will also be a huge part of the topics, where Joanne will try to adapt to Jewish traditions and be accepted by Noah’s family. However, Joanne has no intention of converting to Judaism, which may reveal that Noah has very different plans for their future.
